Emideltide (DSIP) is the only peptide PCAC voted against in the July 2026 review
The committee voted 7-6 against adding emideltide, also called DSIP, to the 503A Bulks List, pointing to old and inconclusive efficacy data, poor substance characterization, and existing approved therapies for the proposed uses.
